In 1980, Word of Life was founded by Pastors Ronnie and Paige Sims after attending RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Through the years, there have been several location changes, but in 2001, our central campus moved to Lakeland Drive in Flowood, MS.

Today, Word of Life has four campuses (Lakeland, Highland Colony, Fondren, Poindexter, & Online) and is led by their son, Pastor Joel Sims, and his wife, Peppi.
